Why Transaction Hub

Everything between your source and Oracle, already built.

Full automation. No development.

Processing, controls and recovery are built in. No custom Oracle code, no API or web service calls to manage.

Complements or replaces your middleware.

Let OIC, MuleSoft or Boomi hand off the final Oracle step, or let Transaction Hub run the whole process.

Enterprise scale. Built-in control.

Runs unattended 24/7 in your environment, with validation, approvals, parallel processing, history and replay.

Built for IT and architecture teams

Runs in your environment. Your data stays there.

You host Transaction Hub, typically on a virtual machine, on your own infrastructure with your own identity and keys. Your Oracle data is not sent to a separate cloud product to be processed.

Your infrastructure

Runs on your infrastructure, identity and keys. Data never leaves your environment.

Unattended 24/7

Runs around the clock without anyone at a keyboard.

Faster processing

Parallel execution, bulk validation and reference caching.

No maintenance

API Wizard maintains the Oracle logic as Oracle evolves, so you do not carry that code.

Ways in

Connect whatever you already have.

Transaction Hub accepts data the way your systems already send it.

Web services (REST/SOAP) HTTPS SFTP File location polling Manual retrieve and more

System integrations

Keep Oracle moving with data from customers, suppliers and business applications.

Middleware connections

Use your existing integration platform to launch ready-to-use Oracle processes.

File and recurring loads

Replace repeated uploads and manual handling with unattended processing.

AI and automation

Turn automated requests into Oracle transactions with validation and controls.

Audit and recovery

Every transaction, on the record.

Transaction Hub keeps everything about what was sent to it, so you can answer who did what, when, and what changed.

Who triggered the loadThe person or process that initiated it.
The user accountThe account the request ran under.
The request payload or fileThe exact data that was sent for processing.
Date and timeWhen the request arrived and when it was processed.
The results of processingWhat Oracle returned for each transaction.
Before and after valuesFor every update, field by field.
Every transformation appliedFor example, Item XYZ converted to item ID 43432 before it was sent to Oracle.
Retention you controlSet how long records are kept, per process.

Replay and recovery

If Oracle is unavailable or an error stops a load, Transaction Hub can reprocess the data automatically.

You can also reprocess data it has already handled, which helps when you are testing and want to run the same data again.

Approvals, when you want them

Approvals and workflow are optional and configured for each use case. Workflow-enable any process with text, email or web approvals.

Email and text alerts keep the right people informed.

Coverage

Any Fusion or EBS process, automated end to end.

Transaction Hub is an engine built on the Oracle process logic behind API Wizard’s Excel tools, for both Fusion Cloud and EBS.

Moving to Fusion? Put conversion on autopilot.

Extract directly from EBS, transform for Fusion and automate repeatable loads. Rerun test and conversion cycles, with parallel processing to accelerate the move.

How it compares

Three ways to automate Oracle loads.

Most teams either write the Oracle step themselves or ask middleware to carry it. Transaction Hub gives you that step ready-made.

Already have middleware? Either keep it and hand off the Oracle step to Transaction Hub, or let Transaction Hub orchestrate the whole automation, from pulling data out of external systems to loading it into Oracle.

FAQ

Common questions about Transaction Hub

FAQ

Common questions about Transaction Hub

Do we need to write Oracle code or call Oracle APIs?
No. Processing, controls and recovery are built in. There is no custom Oracle code to write and no API or web service calls to manage for the Oracle step.
Does it replace our middleware?
It can do either. Use it alongside OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi or similar so your middleware hands off the final Oracle step, or let Transaction Hub run the whole automation.
Where does it run, and does our data leave our environment?
You host it, typically on a virtual machine on your own infrastructure, using your identity and keys. Your data stays in your environment and is not sent to a separate cloud product for processing.
How does data get into Transaction Hub?
Through web services (REST/SOAP), HTTPS, SFTP, polling a file location, or manual retrieve, with other methods available. Each of these is working today.
Which Oracle processes does it cover?
Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS. It runs on the same process logic as API Wizard's Excel tools, so what those tools can do across Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, HCM and Projects, Transaction Hub can run unattended.
Are approvals required?
No. Approvals and workflow are optional and configured for each use case, with text, email or web approvals.
What happens if Oracle is unavailable or a load fails?
Transaction Hub can reprocess the data automatically once the problem is cleared. You can also reprocess data it has already handled, for example while testing.
What do you record, and for how long?
Who triggered the load, the user account, the request payload or file, date and time, the results, before and after values for updates, and any transformations applied. You choose the retention period for each process.
Can AI agents use it?
Yes. AI agents can request Oracle transactions through Transaction Hub, which applies guardrails, approvals, anomaly detection and full audit.
